and work with a sharp, analytical team.
This role fits someone who asks tough questions, thinks differently, enjoys connecting people
and ideas, and builds a broad network across tech and founder communities
Who will love this role? People who are genuinely obsessed with technology, the ones who
always know what’s hot, have an opinion about where the world is headed, and love being in the
mix. You’ll thrive here if you’re endlessly curious, think critically about trends, and get energy
from meeting founders and other curious minds whether it’s over coffee, at meetups, or
late-night cocktails.
What you’ll do:
● Sourcing & pipeline: Find standout companies and founders via LinkedIn, conferences,
communities, and networking.
● Relationship-building: Create new connections and nurture long-term relationships
with founders and the wider tech ecosystem (local and global).
● Analysis & due diligence (DD): Map markets, research competitors, analyze trends
and business models- separating signal from noise and focusing on “why this, why now.”
● Internal collaboration: Work with multiple partners at once, align different needs, and
stay organized across complex projects.
● Represent the fund: Show up at events, conferences, and communities- be the face
and energy of the fund with entrepreneurs and industry players.
What you’ll bring:
● Real passion for venture and innovation- strong drive to be part of the ecosystem.
● Outstanding people skills & presence- people enjoy being around you, you’re a
natural magnet.
● Relevant experience: Startups / venture capital / strategy consulting / elite tech units.
● Strong analytical chops- critical thinking, market research, pattern recognition, and
asking the right questions on every deal.
● Organization & follow-through- manage many moving parts, dive into details, and
keep our systems tidy.
● Languages: Excellent English; fluent Hebrew.
● Nice to have: Familiarity with product/technology companies.
