A dynamic and fast-growing philanthropic organization is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the co-founder and her team. The role focuses on supporting daily operations, coordinating international projects, and ensuring effective communication and follow-up with stakeholders.
Job Description
Administrative and Operational Support
-Assist the co-founder in establishing the new department by organizing and facilitating meetings, preparing materials (emails, documents, presentations), and managing follow-ups.
-Manage and maintain a CRM/database for donor and stakeholder relationships.
-Provide logistical and administrative support for donor visits, events, and meetings.
-Track and manage donor relationships, ensuring updates, correspondence, and engagement activities are well-documented.
-Support day-to-day operations, including coordination with staff and consultants in Israel, the US, and London.
Project Coordination
-Coordinate and manage the execution of projects such as fundraising trips abroad, delegations, learning seminars, and conferences.
-Ensure seamless logistical planning and implementation for international activities and stakeholder events.
-Work closely with field teams to collect and deliver accurate, up-to-date information to donors.
Content Creation and Reporting
-Prepare personalized donor updates, including reports, presentations, and email communications.
-Create tailored content for donor needs, incorporating project details and progress.
-Collect and organize data to generate reports and provide meaningful insights for stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement
-Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.
-Conduct preliminary research and mapping for donors and potential partners.
Key Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in administrative, operational, or project coordination roles, ideally within philanthropy or nonprofit organizations.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Highly detail-oriented.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (native or near-native level).
Teamwork: Comfortable working collaboratively with diverse teams across multiple locations.
Technical Skills: Experience with CRM or database systems is an advantage.
Attributes: Proactive, flexible, solution-oriented, and highly reliable.
Qualifications: B.A required.
Location: Based in Tel Aviv, with a combination of office work (minimum 2 days per week) and remote work.
