A leading global Fintech company based in Central Israel, specializing in the development of high-frequency trading (HFT) algorithmic platforms, is seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to join a leading development team.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop sophisticated, high-performance software to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate on the construction of a cutting-edge, low-latency infrastructure that seamlessly integrates hardware and software components, optimizing the HFT platform.
Requirements (Must-Have):
- B.Sc. in Computer Science (or a related field) from a leading university with a high GPA (80+).
- 5+ years of software development experience in a high-level OO- language (strong preference for C++).
- Proven experience building complex, large-scale, and high-performance software systems.
Advanced Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Deep understanding of OOP and design patterns.
- Expertise in performance tuning and low-latency optimizations.
- Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system, its internals, and its ecosystem.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong architectural abilities to design large-scale, complex systems.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development environments.
- Domain knowledge or experience in financial markets infrastructure.
